Return Policy — Water Solutions LLC

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all included components and documentation. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be pre-authorized. To start a return, contact us at hello@watersolutionsonline.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Items sent back without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied to eligible returns, depending on the item and its condition upon return. This fee will be communicated to you prior to finalizing the return. Water treatment equipment, filtration systems, and specialty parts may be subject to this fee.


Used & Installed Equipment

Returns on used, installed, or previously operated equipment are accepted on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise noted in writing at the time of purchase or return authorization. We cannot guarantee refund or exchange on equipment that has been installed, used, or modified. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 5 business days of delivery.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Filter media, resin, and consumable water treatment materials (once opened)
  • Custom or special-order equipment configured to your specifications
  • Chemical treatment products
  • Items marked "Final Sale" or sold as clearance
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted. Contact us and we'll help facilitate the process.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition received — unused and in original packaging — with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
