Water Solutions LLC


Overview

Water Solutions LLC ships to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and whether your item is stocked in our warehouse or sourced directly from a vendor or manufacturer.

For items shipped directly from a vendor or manufacturer, processing and handling time may extend to 3–7 business days or longer depending on vendor availability and lead times. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any known delays.

Please note: All shipping timeframes and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Water Solutions LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, supply chain disruptions, vendor lead times, or any other circumstances outside of our control. We strongly advise against scheduling licensed plumbers, installers, or contractors until your order has been delivered and inspected.


Shipping Methods

Standard Parcel Shipping (UPS / FedEx / USPS) Orders that can be safely shipped via standard parcel carriers will be sent via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Estimated transit times are typically 3–7 business days after shipment, though this is not guaranteed.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available on select items as noted on the product listing. Free shipping applies to standard parcel delivery within the continental United States only and does not apply to freight shipments, oversized items, or orders requiring special handling. Free shipping eligibility is determined at the time of purchase and is subject to change without notice.

Freight Shipping (LTL) Large or heavy items — including but not limited to large water tanks, pre-loaded tanks, bulk media, and oversized equipment — may require freight (LTL) shipping. Orders containing items that exceed standard parcel carrier limits, or orders over approximately $1,500 in value involving large equipment, will generally ship via freight carrier.

Freight shipments are delivered curbside only as standard. The freight carrier will deliver your order to the curb or end of your driveway. Delivery inside your home, garage, or any structure is not included unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Liftgate Service: If a liftgate is required to unload freight at your delivery location, liftgate charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed accordingly. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift available at your delivery address, please contact us prior to placing your order so that liftgate service can be arranged.


Freight Delivery — Inspection Requirements

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before accepting any freight delivery.

Upon delivery of any freight shipment, you are required to inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt. By signing the delivery receipt without notation, you are acknowledging that the shipment was received in good condition.

If you notice any damage, missing items, or discrepancies at the time of delivery, you must:

  1. Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
  2. Take photographs of the packaging and any visible damage before moving or opening the shipment
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@watersolutionsonline.com

Water Solutions LLC cannot be held responsible for damage claims on freight shipments where the delivery receipt was signed without notation of damage. Failure to inspect and notate damage at the time of delivery may void any damage claim.


Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available. Freight shipments may be subject to carrier scheduling and may require you to schedule a delivery appointment directly with the freight carrier.


Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. Water Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address correction fees charged by carriers will be passed on to the customer.


Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable in such cases.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@watersolutionsonline.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved, as carriers may require inspection of the packaging.

Water Solutions LLC's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the value of the purchased product and does not extend to consequential damages, installation costs, or any other indirect losses.
