It operates as its own clean room, w hepa positive air input.

PLC System: Indicator lights on every sensor, “Command + Verify” logic ensures each step completes before advancing

Washing System: Multi-stage cleaning with heated wash, sanitize, and rinse cycles

Utilities Required: 

• 3-phase power for sanitization heater
• Compressed air supply for pneumatic pistons
• Standard plumbing connections for water supply and drainage

Minor wear on slide arm before which might need to be modified but still works

Currently uses three phase, for drive motors and heaters.  We did not have three phase at the shop so ran the drive motors on a VFD, to convert 220 to three phase.  

If using low temp sanitizing solution, perhaps the drives could be ran off of a vfd, and the heaters remain off.
