The WS-2M-AF/EC-RC is a two-membrane, 4,000 gallon-per-day reverse osmosis skid: pre-plumbed, pre-wired and factory-assembled for commercial duty. Restaurants, ice and beverage, car wash and spot-free rinse, laboratory feed, boiler and cooling-tower make-up, and light industrial process water. Each unit is configured to your feed water and installation, so you pay for the capacity you need and not for a one-size-fits-all package.

Why this system
- Real controller, real numbers. The electronic controller continuously monitors permeate TDS so you can see membrane performance at a glance instead of guessing.
- Protects itself. Pretreatment lockout, low-pressure and storage-tank inputs stop the pump before damage happens. The pump will never run dry.
- Built to last. Powder-coated aluminum frame, multi-stage stainless pump, stainless membrane housings, stainless feed valve, and pump-pressure gauges you can actually read.
- Serviceable. Open frame layout, standard 20" big-blue pre-filter, standard 4" × 40" TFC membranes. No proprietary consumables.
- Low cost to run. Low-energy membranes and a concentrate recycle line bring recovery up to 60–75%, so less water goes to drain.
- Upgradeable. Heavy-duty vertical multi-stage pump packages and a three-phase control module with motor-matched overcurrent protection are available for demanding sites.

Pretreatment is part of the package. Hardness and chlorine are the two things that shorten membrane life, so every system we install goes in with a softener and carbon filtration sized to the local water.

Rating conditions: 550 ppm TDS municipal feed water, 5-micron filtered and de-chlorinated, 65 psi (4.5 bar) feed, 100 psi (6.9 bar) operating pressure, 77 °F (25 °C), 7.0 pH, recovery as stated, after 60 minutes of operation. Colder feed water and higher TDS reduce production; we run a projection for your actual water before quoting. Scale prevention (softening or antiscalant) is required to protect membrane life.
